Amazing how the new technology and a friendly skilled expert can make the difference!
We had a technical issue with the roof opening procedure and several local garages had no ideas of what to do. No failure codes were present….. 1½ month spend without any positive result….
We asked for suggestions in different forums on the Internet and received several advices but none of them solved the problem in the end!
When we got in contact with Mr. Khurrum Things started to turn out right very quickly!Â
We send a video showing how the failure occured and Mr. Khurrum was soon convienced about the failure reason!
A Skype video conference call was arranged and 5 minutes later we solved the problem ourselves – perfectly guided by Mr. Khurrum!
No new components was needed!

Vibeke AndersenThis guy is not only a genuinely trust worthy gentlemen but he is an Audi wizard. He had queues of Audi’s lined up, customers on the phone. He fixed my roof and explained what had happened very clearly. Only took 40 mins to resolve something which is a manufacturer design fault. Thank goodness for his service or we would all be forking out 1000’s at Audi main dealers.
